More about this stormbreak
Relationships are the connections we have with the people around us that help us to feel loved, cared for and safe . There are many different types of relationships or connections that we can have; friendships, our family and carers, and our wider family members too. We need to develop relationship skills to help form and sustain meaningful relationships. This stormbreak helps us to think about the different emotions we can have and how our emotions can change throughout the day
- It is ok to interpret movement in our own way
- It is ok to be different and unique
- When people copy us it can be seen as a compliment
Now try this
Try making up a movement sequence of three movements that someone in your family or a friend can copy. Then switch over and copy their movements.
Maybe you could choose some music to do your movement sequences to so that you can create a dance
