Stormbreak Together is our tailored community programme, focusing on supporting children and their families at home.

Families and communities experiencing a specific need or disadvantage can often feel overwhelmed and isolated, unable to access advice and/or may lack the ability or confidence to ask for support. We want to help.

What is it?

Stormbreak Together provides strategies and tools that can empower and upskill parents and other trusted adults in their community, giving them the confidence to equip their children to manage their own wellbeing through mentally healthy movement at home.

Who is it for?

Stormbreak Together is delivered as a 12-week programme for communities where a specific need has been identified by an education, health or social care professional. An example of this is within a network of foster families.

  • Each Together programme is uniquely tailored to that community and the support that is required.
  • Together focuses on five mental health concepts: resilience, self care, relationships, self worth and hope and optimism, providing trusted adults with practical tools, language and confidence to support the emotional wellbeing of the children they live with or care for
  • Includes a bespoke digital pathway for parents to complete in between sessions with their children
  • Organisational support so that communities can continue to be supported when the programme ends
